At the 2022 Construction Tech Conference we sat down with Ahmad Hadavi, Clinical Professor at Northwestern University for a discussion the Master’s of Project Management program being offered at Northwestern. This program is aimed at people who have minimal experience in construction project management and learn the skills needed to come into the industry equipped with the right skills and ready to make an impact.

Hadavi stresses the importance of 3d modeling and VR/AR to be adopted into the project management workflow so that project managers can stay on top of their projects easier and with more accuracy.
