Our cloud-based smart building solution optimizes the operation of HVAC systems for maximizing indoor air quality and minimizing energy consumption in commercial buildings. It enhances occupants’ health, comfort, and safety, and saves energy cost. It uses BIM and IoT to create real-time digital twins of buildings in a 3D environment and uses AI to automate operation of HVAC systems. Our products include a web-based software application, called TWINUP, and edge devices, called SmartNode. The software was developed based on our award-winning Building Information Modeling (BIM) engine, ifcMiner, which has been used in the industry since early 2017.
