Global Technology Building Systems in Hays, Kansas, is one of the leading providers of budget-friendly construction systems for all kinds of concrete structures. Global Technology has launched a pilot project of 100 homes with the Sri Lankan government with the goal of reaching thousands of homes in the future.

Project Features/Advancements
Faced with challenging mountain top conditions, this project made efficient use of local materials and local labor for completion. All final walls/structures were produced onsite using simply a two-bag mixer and a small crane. With quick-drying "Grid Crete" able to cure overnight, molds are reused each day leading to speed of construction. Given the success of the project, the Sri Lankan government has approved the use of "Grid Crete" on numerous future projects.
