5. StructionSite acquires Rithm

StructionSite, a digital jobsite documentation platform, is acquiring Rithm. Rithm creates plugins for FARO’s laser scanner, which streamlines the process of extracting information from scan data.

6. iGlass joins the National Fenestration Rating Council

iGlass‘ Wisp digital blinds are transparent sheets that can be installed on windows and quickly tint the windows at the push of a button. iGlass is the only producer of electrochromic digital blinds to be a member of the NFRC, a non-profit that evaluates the energy performance of windows, doors, and skylights.
